The Wireless are in their 21st year and have a massive repertoire covering the 60s to the present day. They take classic songs and put them through the Wireless-o-fier to give them a unique flavour. Vocal duties are distributed throughout the band and with wah-wah driven acoustic guitar, psychedelic bass vibes and a hybrid drum/percussion set-up, you could be forgiven for thinking there is a 6-piece band on stage. From playing the Minstrel’s Gallery at Salisbury Cathedral to sweaty residencies in the south of France, The Wireless are adept at working crowds of all shapes and sizes.
